In 1989 Stewart Alexander entered the race to become the Mayor of Los Angeles. His campaign focused on responsible development and dealing with many of the inter-city problems that were creating urban decay and gang problems throughout the County of Los Angeles. In the above picture Stewart Alexander engaged in one of many debates with other candidates that were in the race.
